Want to get your child into mountain biking or simply shred with the whole family? We offer youth instruction and coaching programmes too! Lesson overview: Mountain Biking and Exploring Local Trails Basic Foundation Mountain Bike Skills Build confidence Fun, Safe and Comfortable Learning Environment Learn from Experienced and Enthusiastic Instructors Skills overview: Body position - Stability riding trails Braking technique - Braking with front & back brakes Cadence - proper use of gears for efficient riding Climb/Descend - on bumpy terrain, over obstacles. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedule requests, please contact us at least 48 hours before the lesson start time. There will be no refund of lesson fee if cancellation requests are made within 48 hours or less before lesson start time. 10% administrative charge is applicable for all cancellations made at least 48 hours before the lesson start time.
